Reitman Centre, Sinai Health provides the following Enhancing Care Program clinical services and groups both in-person and through video conferencing (virtual care):

• Assessment, Individual Counselling, and Referral
• CARERS groups
• TEACH groups
• Mindfulness groups
• CREATE groups

Region and Communities Served

Virtual clinical services and/or groups are provided to eligible care partners living in Mississauga, Streetsville, Port Credit, Rexdale, Brampton, Orangeville, Caledon, Belleville, Kingston, Hamilton, Brantford, Oakville, and the surrounding areas.

In-person and/or virtual clinical services and/or groups are provided to eligible care partners living in Toronto and the surrounding areas.
