Alzheimer Southwest Partners provides the following Enhancing Care Program clinical services and groups both in-person and through video conferencing (virtual care):
Region and Communities Served
In-person and/or virtual clinical services and programs are provided to care partners living in most communities in Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford counties. This includes London, St. Thomas, Woodstock, Stratford, Tillsonburg, and West Lorne.
