In-person and/or virtual clinical services and groups are provided to eligible care partners living in most communities in Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton, and Halton counties. This includes Hamilton, Brantford, Georgetown, Burlington, Dundas, Simcoe, Milton, Oakville, and the surrounding areas.
