Event Detail

Our first Facebook Live Event was “Talking Dementia: When your social network disconnects”. Care partners of people living with dementia often feel like the person they love is disappearing from their lives, even though their physical presence is strong. The grief and sense of loss as a caregiver can be overwhelming. This video features Enhancing Care Clinicians from the Reitman Centre and a family care partner who cared for her husband with dementia until his recent passing.
