What is Tele-mindfulness?
Tele-mindfulness is a mindfulness meditation group that has shown a positive impact on managing stress and coping with challenging emotions, for those caring for a family member or friend living with dementia.
Join us for an Introductory Summer Session
You Will Learn
- What is mindufulness meditation.
- How mindfulness meditation is beneficial for caregivers.
- How Tele-mindfulness is practiced and how easy it is to access the group from your home or wherever you have internet access.
- How you can register and benefit from the 8-week Tele-mindfulness Group program run by the Reitman Centre/ Enhancing Care program.
Who Should Attend
Caregivers / Care Partners of people living with dementia who are interested in learning more about the 8-week Tele-Mindfulness Program offered by the Reitman Centre/ Enhancing Care for Ontario Dementia Care Partners Program. ( OHIP covered )
75 minute online session.
How to Join
Once you register you will be sent a Zoom video teleconference link.
Please join using a computer, laptop or tablet that has a webcam and microphone.
