Program Details
- Coaches caregivers/ care partners to more effectively relate to and cope with internal and external stressors
- Caregivers learn and practice different meditation skills each session
- Provides opportunity to share and learn from other care partners
- Is a virtual care group where participants join though live video-conferencing using their own computer and internet

Format
Available for in-person groups and video conferencing groups (virtual care)

Time Commitment
8 weekly sessions, 1.5 hours per session, maximum 8 care partners in a group

Cost
Free of charge to care partners of a person living with dementia.
